This photo taking from the second floor. The waterway is Back creek and the Chesapeake Bay. There is a boat ramp nearby. You'll see watermen comming and going, usally with their boats filled with crabs or clams.
The home is set well back from the waterway. This is a view of the back elevation of the home. The majority of the windows have been replaced with the home being vinyl sided and well maintained.

Full bath on the 2nd floor and 1/2 bath on the 1st.
the 2nd bedroom is 9 x 15. Compfortable and attractive.
The shed, that could easily be a quest cottage with the addition of bathroom, also has attached greenhouse. The breezes come directly from the Chesapeake Bay, as you can see in the distance. The 1.67 acres is adjacent to a large marsh.
Closer look at the shed/cottage.
A wonderful spot to set up a bird watching station. The back ground meet this marshlands.
