102' T dock, with stern and bow pilings. 4' at MLW, well marked channels to the Chesapeake Bay

I would like to take credit for this photo, yet the credit goes to the Seller. Nothing more beautiful then nature.

Each timetable of the day present a beautiful stage, this is the breaking of the dawn.

Easily maintained fence defines the entrance.Shall we

The spacious foyer straight away screams Eastern Shore life at its best, fishing, birding, history, boating, a natural way of life. 10 x 16

Rooms with views, all have views of the creek except the bathroom. This sitting room is 13 x 16 with 2 sided gas fireplace. Gently breezes from the creek come in from the sliding doors that lead to a deck. Such a comfy sitting room.

The gas fireplace really provides quite a bit of heat. There is electric controls for each room that has its own electric baseboard, yet the Sellers say they rarely turn on for the gas fireplace is centrally located and really does a excellent job of keeping the house warm.

The dining room like all the rooms is injected with art, from the painted stencil on the pine floors. This room is 7 x 16 that is quite suitable for extended leaf in the dining table to easily seat 8.

The country eat-in kitchen is quite old fashion except for its appliances. The DCS cooktop is gas and 8 burner, lovely and there is a wall oven and broiler too. Dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator somehow blend and do not deter from its old time style.

You can slip down to the kitchen by way of a back staircase, grab your cupper and greet the day overlooking the gardens and woodlands on the covered porch. It's the good life no doubt.

Small portion of the front porch. The entire front elevation of the house is covered porch, a whole crowd and fit there or just you in quiet moments.

Unlike most modern homes these days, older Eastern Shore homes seem to allow for many gathering spots in the house, like this sitting room at the top of the stairs, 13 x 16.

Seaside colors and painted pine floors along with creek breezes, oh my really would have prefered to spend all day there . This bedroom is 12 x16.

This bedroom has the back staircase to the kitchen and is 10 x 16.

Straight shot view of the dock, you'll know when the Captain has arrived.

That spiral staircase leads to a bedroom that encompass the entire 3rd floor. Just at the end of the staircase railing the Seller was installing a second bath, all the fixtures are ready to be installed.

A fun room for the teenagers of the house. There is a hatch designed just the right size to allow access for furniture.

The Scott house has passed the test of time with complete restoration from the studs up. Plumbing, wiring, insulation, foundations, roof etc.

This deck is sizable enough for a party and what a view.

The shoreline is quite healthy, note the marsh grasses. Deep creek is known for it wonderful crabs. So be sure to have a couple crab pots at the dock.
