Had the luck of the Irish this day, for I was able to end my work day photographing beachfront lots, hear the gently lapping of the waves, all that convey with the home.

On a winters day the lake is still quite surreal, peaceful with migrating ducks making way. A salt water tidal lake that spans the entire width of the property and is seen from nearly everyroom in the home.

Just around the bend and at the end of the deadend road called Crystal Beach, are the beach front lots that convey. Its the best of both worlds.

View of the outside shower and storage shed. Note the horseshoes are properly placed to bring you all the luck that has also conveyed to the Sellers, who are not leaving the area but in fact purchasering a larger home nearby.

The beach lots have views of a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay too.

The sitting room 16 x 18, has direct access to the spacious deck that spans the entire width of the home. Hopefully you can see the lake in the upper windows, really quite close, estimate 50'. Massive fireplace provides comfort and amibance.

I would imagine that 75% of the cooking is accomplished with the barbque on the deck. Although this tidy 10 x 12 kitchen certainly functions well to feed the family.

The deck also wraps around the side of the home with private, peaceful views of lake and woodlands.

The master bedroom with direct access to the deck has beautiful views of lake and woodlands. 12 x 16 with private bath.

Adjacent to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms is a full bath. This room is 12 x 14, seems larger for the ceiling has a high pitch and widows along the height of the walls that allow for private natural light.

This view of the lake is just outside the master bedroom.

Nearly year round the majority of the living is on this deck. Yeah man, this is living life in the easy lane.
