One acre of grounds located at the end of a private road conveys.

Had the luck of the Irish this day, for I was able to end my work day photographing beachfront property on the Chesapeake Bay. The gently lapping of the waves and the sea breezes was so delightful I easily could imagine a british campaign style camesite where I was booked in for a month, wouldn't that be grand. Two lots at the end of a private beach can be purchased with this home.

On a cool spring day the lake is still quite surreal, peaceful with migrating ducks making way. A salt water tidal lake that spans the entire width of the property and is seen from nearly everyroom in the home.

The sitting room has proper fireplace. massive windows overlooking the lake, high ceiling with beams typical to Lindal Cedar homes. There is an allowance for the new owner to choose the flooring.

Neat as a pin is this 10 x 12 kitchen.

The master ensuite bedroom is 12 x 16 with doors that lead to the deck and windows overlooking the lake.
Adjacent to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms is a full bath. This room is 12 x 14, seems larger for the ceiling has a high pitch and widows along the height of the walls that allow for private natural light.

The entire back elevation is this expansive deck overlooking the gardens and lake. No doubt this home was designed to take in all the nature.

Usually its a car port with attached workshop and a outside shower, in this case its a boat port with attached workshop and a hot water outside shower.

The boat port.

The home and outbuilding blend in a rustic matter with its surroundings.
