           The clear clean waters are delightful for animals and humans to have a swim. There are never any jellyfish, and I can be witness to the pleasures of swimming in this Bay. The water is very salty with fine sandy bottom.

Panoramic views over the Burtons Bay, to the barrier islands and onto the Atlantic. Metomkin, Cedar, Parramore the barrier islands guard the shoreline of Burtons Bay from any onslaught of Atlantic storms.

A sturdy clam shell road through culivated fields leads to the property, just pass those line of Cedar trees.

Birds of every discription visit this property.

Sandy healthy shoreline. Good pasture land too.

Marked by a old tree is Brant Point, where the Brant duck, thought to be instinct is see yearly here.
