Polished heart of pine flooring, wainscotting of the period and crown molding, all freshly painted with wide raised panel doors flanking each end of this 12 x 18 foyer, a grand introduction to The Haven.

My dream kitchen, even though my photo doesn't reveal the quality that conveys from the massive granite island, custom cabinetry, commercial grade gas range, hood with heat lamps and pot filler, wine cooler, Verna stainless steal sink and gleaming wood floors as well as massive storage, oh my.

Access directly from the kitchen is the brick lined screen porch, a peaceful spot for the morning cupper.

Formal dining room fit for any grand event with windows to the north and south overlooking the mature gardens, this elegant room is 20 x 26.

The sitting room is 18 x 20 with the same quality of the other rooms, heart of pine floors, detailed molding, wainscotting and as show one of the 4 working fireplaces in the home.

Adjacent to the screened porch on the north side and also the brick floored screen porch to the south side is this comfortable gathering room, also with a fireplace and back staircase.

The sweet smell of the blossoms fill this spacious brick floored screen porch, where the mature plantings provide privacy. It is said that the oldest Crepe Mryle on all of the Eastern Shore lives and thrives here at The Haven.

Back door access to this little hall with closets for your gear, one door to the half bath, the other to the master lst floor ensuite bedroom.

Here is that comfortable gathering rooms again with a door to the screen porch.

Four bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 3 full baths. This room with four closets and a private bath is 15 x 18.

All the bedrooms are freshly painted with the orginial heart of pine flooring. This gracious room is 14 x 14.

This hall acts a buffer between the bedrooms and also storage for all the linens.

Each bedroom has proper storage, and ever so comfortable, one feels pampered here.

All the bedrooms bedrooms feel spacious and bright, this room is 15 x 18.

Adjacent to this room is the back staircase leading to the gathering room and kitchen. Handy for a quick bite in the middle of the night.

Each of the four baths are tiled. Neat as pins.

Leading from the hall is a walk-in attic with good light and lined with closets. Easy access to the heating and air system too.

Orginial craftsmenship as revealed in this fencing, has been well cared for for decades.

All the gardens have been spruced up with new plantings, they circle the home.

While being in the town center, The Haven has a private stately feel. Now thanks to all the hard work, monies and time in the total renovations being completed, you can just enjoy. A private estate or a good choice for conversion to a B&B.
