Several years ago I had the pleasure of depth sounding a channel from Willis Wharf to the north of this property with Howard Faucet. Howard was a sailor and we had to find 6' at MLW for his vessel. This was accomplished by going west of the river to east. As we made way we found the channel contiguous with this tract of land now being offered for sale, thanks to Howard.

Bays and channels traipse through the marshes teaming with life.
Another old friend provided me with this aerial. See the deep channel passing before the property, just in the middle of the photo and in the distance the Quinby Harbor.
The sandy banks are still the same and the channel, yet few more clearings and variation of trees exist today, whereas this photo is from years pass.
Quinby marina with boat ramp and deep water slips is within walking distance from property.
