The Carolina Skiffs convey and are quite busy as daily rentals.

Wachapreague is a easy town to find, from highway 13 turn east on 180 and this road end right where this sign is visable.

The only fuel dock in town. Pumping station too.

Well metered, docks, restaurant, tackle shop, cottage.

The dockage is comfortable to navigate.

Fish cleaning station is handy.

There are private bathrooms for marina guest.

There is room for boats to go on the hard for required repairs.

Most charter boats out for the day. There are private vessels too.

The restaurant was a going concern, no lack of business. The newest owners just could not manage, all equippment is there and a new septic is being installed to put this business back on tract.

View of cottage between the boat, it has full bath, kitchen, sitting room and bedroom, need a bit of polish, yet would make a comfortable living space for the Harbor Master.

.The marina has always been well maintained with many of the piling and docks replaced.

The skiffs do well as rental, for the sea is calm due to the protection provided by the barrier islands.

Wachapreague is a very old fashion town where people still gather on the corner to share the news of the day, children ride bikes all amount and as of late the old timers, I included, ride golf carts all about.
