A very reasonable marina with slips that can accommodate boats with 5' drafts. Well marked channels to the Atlantic.

The two bedroom apartment has a bath on the lst floor as well as the 2nd. This you see has stackable washer/dryer that conveys.

This is the staircase to the bedrooms, no issues getting furniture to the 2nd floor for the stairwell is quite wide.

Tenants have been using this room as a catch all, yet is the 2nd bedroom, spacious with high ceilings.

To the south of the harbor is the Quinby park in process, a wonderful location for bird watch or picnicking.

While the studio is a smaller apartment this large deck surely is a blessing for entertaining.
