This open porch scales the front elevation of the home. A lovely quiet spot.

Unusal for a in-town home is the deep fenced backyard.

In 2003 the open back porch was turned into a family room, as well 3 new baths where added. The exterior siding on the back portion of the house is hardy-board. The remainder of the home has the originial cedar siding. All new windows throughout the home.

The foyer is 7 x 15 with the orginial banister.

The present owner started the renovations in the kitchen.

The parlor was converted to a 1st floor master, although can certainly be used as the parlor once more.

This room with massive walk-in closets, was the master bath.

Now the family room, 10 x 18.

Painting and finishing of the floors and this dining room is completed, 15 x 17.

Shall we view the second floor.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor. This room is 12 x 14.

This bedroom is ensuite, 12 x 14.

While this is the smallest of the bedrooms 12 x 12, it has two double closets.

This bedroom is 12 x 16.

The present owners where renovating this room for the master. They where restoring the old plaster.

Homes of this era all seem to have landings between the bedrooms.

The detached garage was converted into a 1 bedroom cottage many years ago, needs paint etc, has its own meter.

Spacious deck overlooks the gardens.

The harbor is just 2 blocks away. No doubt there is work needed to put this old gal right once more.
